Had a boss time staying in me room with a Juliet balcony, catchin' a glimpse of the sea! The staff were most sound, always keen to help. Only downside was those steep stairs with me luggage, made it a bit tricky!

A significant drawback was the lack of an elevator, which made hauling heavy luggage up the stairs quite a task. The mattress felt outdated, with noticeable dips that made comfort a challenge, and they didn't provide basic toiletries, requiring specific requests for essentials like hair dryers.

The room was clean, though the shared bathroom cleanliness needs attention.

Had a lovely 2-night stay in a Queen Room with Balcony. The room was spacious and super clean, with a cozy bed that felt really comfy. The bathroom water pressure was spot on, which was a nice touch. Just wished there were a variety of pillow options since they were a bit too firm for me. But overall, a solid night's sleep with good amenities and lovely décor.

Exceptional Staff and Clean Room

I really appreciated the clean and well-maintained Triple Room, which was larger than I expected. All the staff were not only helpful but also genuinely cheerful. The bathroom products provided were of good quality, which added a nice touch to my experience.

The staff here were incredibly attentive and helpful. I especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere from the nearby pubs, which added to the experience. My queen room with a balcony was tidy and well-kept, perfect for relaxation after a day out.

I found the pillows a bit too firm for comfort. A variety of pillow types would really enhance the stay.
